Annual Maintenance Contract
A Screen Porch Annual Maintenance Contract is available for 20% of the
current list price of a customer's Caucus license. Annual maintenance
includes
- product upgrades during the term of the contract;
- technical support via email to answer your Caucus questions or help you to
resolve any problems using Caucus (one-business-day response time); and
- membership for two users in a Caucus technical support conference.
Custom Development
Screen Porch custom Caucus development services are also available for
customers who prefer to outsource scripting or systems integration.
Custom development is not included in the Screen Porch Annual
Maintenance Contract. Please ask your Screen Porch sales representative
for more information about this service.
